Please contact us for a wholesale order form. We will
confirm your order, expected delivery date, and pricing within 3
business days.
Special Design Requests
Since all our products are handmade and personally designed, we can
accommodate design modifications, unique color combinations, limited
personalization, and exclusive designs. Special design requests
begin with a minimum of 20 units of each special design request.

Requirements
Wholesale order minimums are six pieces per designer. We currently offer limited retail options on our

Export Packing and
Shipping
All orders are hand packed to ensure safe and rapid delivery. We only use reliable international shippers and rates are based on order totals. Shipping insurance can be purchased for an additional cost.

Lead Time
You
can expect to have your order within 6-8 weeks after receipt of
completed order form and payment.
Terms of Sale
Once
an order is placed, total payment must be received before orders are
processed. Buyers will be billed for shipping based on order amount.
Due to the nature of our business, cancellations must be made within
24 hours of placing your order. Once orders are in production, there
are no cancellations. Customs forms and duties will be handled by
Kiska Imports.
Payment Options
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through PayPal or
direct deposit to our US Bank of America account.
Return Policy
We guarantee that all our products are of the highest quality and will arrive without damage. We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the product in any way, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. Any orders returned without authorization will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. No returns after 60 days. All products are guaranteed against manufacturing errors for one year.

We are continually adding new updated designs so
please check our web site for the most updated information. Catalogs
will be released semi-annually. |
